Vibrato

Vibrato alters the pitch of a sound with a rapid and continuos pulsation, creating “wobble” or chorus-like sounds.

Vibrato is a pre-effect. It affects the sound of a connected Source block by quickly altering it’s pitch up and down slightly. This kind of modulation creates variety in the sound, and can range from a “wobble”, to a more gradual “wow”, or to siren, alarm, or ringing type sounds.

Vibrato uses an LFO to modulate the pitch.

In it’s options, ‘Rate’ sets the speed of the modulation, ‘Depth’ sets the amount of pitch variation, and ‘Wave’ sets the waveform shape which the effect follows (Sine, Square, Triangle, Saw).
